PlayDisc Games Shipping policy
PlayDisc Games uses Australia Post as its carrier for all of its orders.
All shipping times are dependent on product availability. We ship from our Fulfillment Centre Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Australian statutory holidays.
Please note that in the case of multiple items, PlayDisc Games may ship products as they become available. Consequently, your order may be shipped to you in a number of pieces. Orders of this nature are never charged for shipping regardless of the number of separate shipments sent.
In Stock Orders can be expected within 2-7 business days after shipping from our Fulfillment Centre depending on your location. Some rural areas can take longer. You will receive an email when we dispatch your order.
You can track your shipment’s progress through the “my profile” link on the website.
Please remember that a signature may be required for your delivery so we recommend that you choose a delivery address where the goods can be signed by you during regular business hours. If Australia post tries to deliver your parcel and nobody is available to sign for it they will leave a parcel notice in the mailbox and you will need to arrange pickup from your local post office.
Faulty Damaged Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase so please choose your items carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Of course if the item is defective or damaged please notify us as soon as you receive it. You must return it to us within 14 days from the purchase date for it to be eligible for defective or damaged replacement. Please note that any returned item classified as defective that has marks or scratches or cracks on the disk will be rejected and returned at your cost. If we are unable to offer a replacement a full refund will be offered.
For defective items Postage costs for returns are equally shared – we pay one way each. You pay for the postage to us and we will pay for the replacement item to be sent back out to you.
With all returns we strongly advise you to send it with Australia Post Registered, as we will not be liable for any lost or damaged shipments sent back to us.
